Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATION

Currently, order processing times is 1 business day after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified by our team.

At Pretty Mspirational we aim to provide the best service for our customers.  However, if we are experiencing rude and irrational behavior from our customers we reserve the right to cancel an order before its fulfillment. We believe in mutual respect between our employees and customers and we will uphold that in every way.

SHIPPING RATES

At this time,  we ship our orders through USPS only. We offer Standard/USPS Priority Mail for one flat fee (with the exception of promotional rates given at the discretion of our team). This comes with postal insurance as well as more reliable shipping times. There is only one flat rate for Standard/USPS Priority Mail up to 4 items and on the 5th item, within the order, free Standard/USPS Priority shipping is applied to that order. This means if you order a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th item and you choose Standard/USPS Priority Mail your shipping total on that order, for up to 4 items, remains the same flat fee. If you choose 5 or more items for Standard/USPS Priority Mail the shipping fee is waved on the entire order.

ORDER TRACKING

With every order a tracking number is delivered to the customer's email address. This will be a link which allows you to click it and track your order as it arrives to you. If you did not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being processed please email us at info@prettymspirational.com  

MISSING ORDERS AND ITEMS

If you are missing a shipment, items within a shipment or your items arrive to you damaged please contact us at info@prettymspirational.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Pretty Mspirational does not offer international shipping at this time.
